Moisturizing Cream

A light and quick absorbing poochie formulated cream is used to moisturize the paw pads. We are also able to use this product on the nose and elbows at pet parent’s request.
Pad Massage

A massage is given to all 4 paws using a paw balm. This allows the product to absorb and gives your pooch a wonderful foot massage.
ISB Product Upgrade - Mineral Red

Product Upgrade of shampoo and conditioner for itchy/dry dogs that show no signs of bumps on the skin. This upgrade requires specific trained phases of product application to help alleviate itchiness and dryness. Monthly application is suggested for continued results.
ISB Product Upgrade - Therapies

Product Upgrade of shampoo and conditioner for dogs that show signs of bumps, crusts or wet sores on the skin. These pups may have bacterial or fungal infections present. For this reason, we recommend working along with your veterinarian for these situations and we may ask to see your pet’s medical record.
This upgrade requires specific trained phases of product application to help alleviate the issues of the skin. This is the 1st phase. We must promote healthy skin. Then, we promote healthy hair. Finally, we maintain the health. This is a process. Weekly appointments for application are likely. As the pup improves, appointments may be extended out and products will change. It is best to work with your groomer on this. We have seen fantastic results over time with consistent grooming!
Teeth Brushing

Let’s see those pearly whites. Teeth brushing for your pooch. For best results, it is recommended that you place your pet on a schedule brushing at home in between grooming appointments.
Nail Trim/File

Must have at least one dog in the household receiving a groom package.
If we are already at your house doing a groom package and you want another pup to just have their nails trimmed, we can do that for you. Keeping nails trimmed is an important health aspect for your pup! Let’s keep them trimmed up to keep them comfortable!
De-Matt
Not Offered
Sometimes a dog’s coat gets matted. This is the result if the dog hasn’t been groomed in a while or perhaps your dog will not let you brush/comb it. De-Matting is a long and tedious process for both pooch & groomer. We do not offer de-matting services. In our experience, de-matting a pooch may cause unnecessary discomfort and an unpleasant grooming experience. We want grooming to be as pleasant experience as possible for your pup! If the pooch is severely matted, the pooch will need to be clipped short and regrowth of the coat is needed. To reduce matting of the coat, regular grooming appointments are needed. By using Poochie Oasis LLC grooming services, you acknowledge you are aware of this policy.
Take-Down
$21.00 to $41.70
If your pooch hasn’t been groomed in a while or if the coat is matted, it may be necessary to clip more of the coat then would be necessary if your pooch were on regular scheduled grooming appointments. This process is long and tedious for both pooch & groomer. To reduce the need to take-down or clip the coat as short, regular grooming appointments are essential. By using Poochie Oasis grooming services, you acknowledge you are aware of this policy.
Ear Cleaning

Must have at least one dog in the household receiving a groom package.
Ear Cleaning “Only” is offered to multiple pooch households if at least one dog receives a grooming package. This service may also be added to a Nail Trim “Only” service which is also available for multiple pooch households. Ask us, if you are interested.
Difficult Dog Handling

A difficult pooch needs more time to be groomed. More time for the pooch keeps their anxiety level down and limits accidents. If you have a difficult pooch that needs grooming please indicate this on the Contact Form when requesting an appointment. We reserve the right to stop or refuse a dog for grooming if they are so difficult to groom that they put themselves or the groomer at risk. The cost of the Full Groom will be charged even if we are unable to complete the entire groom. By using Poochie Oasis LLC grooming services, you acknowledge you are aware of this policy. Flea Charge
Refusal of Service and Full Groom Charged
Explained on our service pages, fleas on a pup cause fleas to get in the van. We do not groom dogs with fleas. We will not risk getting fleas in the van. There are many things you may do to prevent fleas on your pooch. We recommend speaking with your vet and treating your pup well in advance of their grooming appointment so that you do not need to worry about this. If we find that your pooch has fleas, we will refuse to groom them, and the price of the full groom will be charged. Groom Change
$21.00+
Mobile Groomers keep a tight schedule in order to travel to clients everyday. Please do not change a requested groom the day of the groom. If you initially request a Long Hair Groom, Short Hair Shedding Groom or Short Hair Minimal Shedding Groom, it is important to stick to that type of groom the day the groomer arrives unless otherwise advised by the groomer. Your pooch’s groom time is calculated based on the groom that you request. If you change the groom the day the groomer arrives, you may incur an additional fee.
